Payment, refunds and cancelling!

♡ all payment is done in euros through PayPal only♡ half of the payment is done after i send you a receipt and the other half after you i send you your order,
this is for me to be assure that my effort and time won't go to waste, and for you to be assure to not lose all of your money♡ the receipt will be a document with all the essential information of your order (date, price, component, etc)

refunds!

♡ i will fully refund you if i haven’t started working on the requested piece
after that, refunds will happen depending on the amount of work and time put into the artwork♡ you will receive a full refund for any reason that i am unable to finish the commission

cancelling!

♡ if money isn’t sent in the span of 3 days with no follow-up message,
i will assume you’ve lost interest, and move on to the next interested person,
after that,
if you tell me that you're still interested, i will treat your order like if i just received it but you won't have to redo your order♡ you can cancel your order just by telling me if it's before i send to you the receipt

Workflow and delivery time!

i want you to understand that the way i work requires clear and fluid communication from you,
this is because ultimately, the goal is to make an artwork that you will be happy with,
and to achieve that we need to work together,

i'll put your commission aside until you come back

workflow!

in the case where you have any size, resolution and/or color mode requirements, please inform me as soon as possible. If I already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.

1 ♡ you complete the google form and you will be added to my waitlist (you will be noticed),
as long as your are on the waitlist, can redo the google form as much as you want2 ♡ once it's your turn, i will send to you a receipt (see in "payments!"),
and you'll have to pay for the first half of your order, I’ll ask for more details if needed and answer any of your question(s)3 ♡ after i receive the first half of the payment, i will start to work on the commission:
ʚ i will draw one or multiple thumbnails and send them to you,
you will have to choose one, and tell me if it's ok for you,
you can completely change the composition and there is no change limitation (as far as is reasonable)4 ♡ once we have the thumbnail, i'll start the sketch, and when finished, send it to you,
modification is still ok but not of the entire composition5 ♡ when we have the final sketch, i will start the lineart,
and then again, send it to you, at this state, only minor modification are possible6 ♡ once the line is good for you, i will add base colors to it, and again send it to you7 ♡ after having the base colors, i won't send pictures as regularly, only when i'm unsure8 ♡ once i have finish your order, i will let you know by sending to you the watermark/low quality version of it,
you will then have to pay the second half of your order9 ♡ after receiving the full payment, i'll send you the full sized unwatermarked version,
the watermarked, and elses (you can see on your receipt) via mail.
once the commission is finished, no changes or edits can be made unless very small or easily done----if you somehow lose the document,
don't hesitate to ask me to send it to you again, i will if i still have it, even if it's been years,
if you still have the receipt send it to me too so i'll be easier to find

delivery time!

♡ i don't have have any delivery time set for the moment as i'm very bad at time estimation, planning,
time management and stuffs like that (adhd),
it's also very stressful for me to set♡ instead i will make sure to give update on almost every step of your order like you saw earlier,
for you to have a follow on your order and be sure that i am progressing on it
and to know more or less how much time is left before i finish♡ however, the time of delivery is influenced and/or based on:
ʚ the complexity of the commission
ʚ real life issues such as health, work, study, family issues, etc♡ i don't do rush fees, i will only work on my commissions in the order i received them,
which you can have access to in my to-do list,
adding onto that,
you can tell me if you are kind of in a hurry, i will try to adapt a bit (once it's your turn), but understands that
i work at my own pace and i don't do well under pressure so don't be pushy about that please

Custumer use!

♡ the commissioner has the right to:ʚ claim rights to the character (if theirs), but not the art itself
ʚ share/repost the watermarked version of the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit
ʚ print the artwork for personal use only
ʚ if you use my artwork (ex: pfp), credit isn’t required but much appreciated♡ the commissioner does not have the right to:ʚ reproduce/use my artwork commercially without my knowledge or consent
ʚ claim to have made the art
ʚ remove my signature from the artwork
